Visualise it yourself — try each operation before we meet

Loading tally
Scan the QR / barcode or type the shortest unique VIN tail, then place the unit straight onto the vessel deck plan — lane, facing and rotation. Watch the deck fill as you go.

Discharge tally
Discharge is verify-only. Scan a unit that is not on the list for this port and see it stopped at the scan as a typed exception.

Yard tally
Place a unit by block · row · column with GPS, keys, notes and trouble at the car. Then type its VIN and find it again.

Cargo survey / PDI
Walk one vehicle: identity, readings, every damage with a photo and marked circles, then close the survey. The app gives the result — OK or NG.
Don't miss
Wrong-cargo voice — in your language
Scan a unit that doesn't belong to this port and the phone says "Wrong cargo" out loud, with a tone and a torch strobe, until the next unit is right. Try it with a wrong unit and hear it in your own language.
Switch it on and pick the language and speed under Profile → Sound & Voice.

Try it offline — switch on airplane mode
Put the phone in airplane mode and keep tallying. Every scan is kept on the phone and the counts still move; it all syncs when you are back online.
