Refund & cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to HawkLine and its modules (including RoRo Tally), operated by The Cognitive Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“HawkLine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscription model

All HawkLine subscriptions are annual. Fees are billed once per year, in advance, in US Dollars (USD), and grant access for the full twelve (12) month subscription term from the date of activation.

2. No refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been activated, the fee paid for the then-current annual term is final and will not be refunded in whole or in part, including (without limitation) for:

• change of mind or decision to stop using the service;
• non-use or partial use of the service during the term;
• cancellation of auto-renewal before the end of a paid term; or
• account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop it from renewing.

• Cancellation stops the next annual renewal. It does not trigger a refund of the current term.
• Following cancellation, your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for, after which the subscription ends and access is withdrawn.
• To cancel, email info@tctcorp.co.in from the email address associated with your account, or use any cancellation option provided in your account.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge at info@tctcorp.co.in. We will review and correct genuine billing errors promptly. This is separate from, and does not create, any right to a refund under Section 2.

5. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where such a right applies, we will honour it to the extent required.
