Structured photo capture
Photos tie to the exact checkpoint. Damage and trouble use fixed image sets; deck imaging captures front, back, right, and left. Location and timestamp travel with each shot.
Offline-first, mobile and web
Fill an inspection on the vessel or yard with no signal. It syncs when the device reconnects. The same form runs identically on mobile and on the web.
Drafts that auto-save
Work is saved every few seconds and kept as a draft until it's complete. Inspectors don't lose a half-finished report to a dead battery.
Submit, then lock
On submit, the record locks and the draft is cleared. Edit history is preserved — including answers from sections that were later hidden — so the trail is complete.
Policy-based access
Drafts stay private to their author until submitted. Who sees and approves what is governed by policy — by site, by template, by group — not hardcoded roles.
